These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the dallasbiochemical.com website (“Website”) and any purchases made through it. Research Use Only Designation: All products are sold solely “For Research Use Only. Not for human or animal use or consumption.” Products may be used only for lawful, in-vitro laboratory and analytical research and may not be used for diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, dietary, clinical, or any other medical purpose.

Labeling Requirement: All vials, containers, and outer packaging will be prominently labeled “For Research Use Only. Not for human or animal use or consumption.” Buyer agrees not to remove, alter, or obscure this labeling, and not to repackage products in a way that implies suitability for human or animal use.

1.2 Geographic Scope and Shipping

United States Only: Merchant sells and ships products only within the United States. Merchant does not accept orders with shipping addresses outside the United States and does not authorize export or re-export of products under any circumstances.

Compliance with U.S. Law: Buyer acknowledges that under federal and state law, including Texas law, substances that are unsafe for self-medication or that are promoted for unapproved human use may be treated as illegal drugs. Buyer agrees to use and distribute products solely in compliance with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws.

1.3 Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing products from dallasbiochemical.com, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age.
• Are a qualified researcher affiliated with a laboratory, institution, university, or other research-based organization.
• Are located in the United States and will provide a valid U.S. shipping address.
• Possess the necessary training, credentials, and facilities to safely handle research chemicals.
• Will use the products solely for lawful, in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes only.
• Will NOT use products for human or animal consumption, administration, or application under any circumstances.
• Will NOT use products for diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, dietary, clinical, or medical purposes.
• Will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including FDA regulations.
• Have reviewed and understand all risks associated with handling, possessing, and using the products, including health and safety warnings.
• Will ensure that only qualified, trained personnel handle the products.
• Will not export or re-export products or transfer them to any party outside the United States.
• Will ensure that any downstream recipients understand and comply with the “Research Use Only / Not for human or animal use” restrictions.
• Understand that any indication of intended human or animal use will result in immediate order cancellation and permanent account termination.
• Accept full responsibility for proper storage, handling, disposal, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Certify under penalty of perjury that you are a qualified researcher and will use products solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes in compliance with all applicable laws.

1.4 Important Legal Notice

Peptide Dallas LLC is a chemical supplier only. We are NOT a compounding pharmacy as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. We are NOT an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. All products are sold strictly as research chemicals for laboratory use and may not be used in compounding for human or veterinary applications.

1.5 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptide Dallas LLC, dallasbiochemical.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors (“Merchant Parties”) from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your purchase, possession, handling, storage, or use of the products.
• Your violation of this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations.
• Any personal injury, property damage, or other harm resulting from the handling or use of the products, whether by you or third parties.
• Any misuse, misapplication, or unauthorized use of products, including use for human or animal consumption.
• Any claim that products were used for purposes other than in-vitro laboratory research.
• Any export, re-export, or international transfer of products in violation of U.S. law.

This indemnity obligation extends to your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

1.6 Waiver of Claims

You release, discharge, and waive any claims, demands, or causes of action against Merchant Parties arising from the purchase, possession, or use of the products. Merchant Parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, regardless of the legal theory asserted.

2. General Terms of Use

To access or use the Website, you must be at least 21 years old, located in the United States, and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. 2.4 Intellectual Property

3. Purchase and Payment

3.1 Product Sales

All sales are final. Products damaged during shipment may be refunded or replaced at dallasbiochemical.com’s discretion. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Payment is due prior to order acceptance unless dallasbiochemical.com extends credit at its sole discretion.

3.2 E-Check/ACH Payments

By selecting e-Check/ACH payment, you authorize a one-time electronic debit from your provided bank account for the order amount. You represent that the transaction complies with all applicable laws. No changes to the payment are permitted after authorization. Retain a copy of this authorization for your records.

3.3 Verification and Order Cancellation

dallasbiochemical.com reserves the right to:

• Verify buyer eligibility, including institutional affiliation, credentials, research purposes, and U.S. location.
• Request documentation proving qualified researcher status, institutional affiliation, professional licensure, or research protocols.
• Require institutional email addresses or other verification for account creation.
• Periodically re-verify existing accounts and request updated credentials or documentation.
• Refuse or cancel orders from ineligible buyers.
• Cancel orders from buyers suspected of intending non-research use or human/animal consumption.
• Cancel orders where buyers make therapeutic claims, request dosing advice, injection techniques, cycle guidance, or indicate human use.
• Terminate accounts permanently for any violation of research-only terms.
• Report suspected violations to appropriate regulatory authorities as required by law.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any indication of intended human or animal use, including but not limited to inquiries about dosing, cycles, injection techniques, administration instructions, therapeutic guidance, health outcomes, performance enhancement, fat loss, muscle gain, anti-aging effects, healing, or libido, will result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and potential reporting to regulatory authorities.

By placing an order, you consent to verification procedures and acknowledge that false statements regarding intended use may result in legal consequences.

Mandatory Checkout Certification: At checkout, you will be required to certify: “I certify that I am a qualified researcher located in the United States, and I will use these products solely for lawful in-vitro research, not for any human or animal use.”

4. Privacy Policy

dallasbiochemical.com’s liability for any claim arising from this Agreement or the Website shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product. Merchant Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations or, if necessary, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.

6.2 Force Majeure

dallasbiochemical.com is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including shipping delays, customs issues, or product backorders.

6.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, including the Privacy Policy and Waiver Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and dallasbiochemical.com regarding the Website and supersedes all prior agreements. No agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created by this Agreement.

6.4 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

BUYER CERTIFICATION: By purchasing, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are a qualified researcher located in the United States and will use products solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes in compliance with all applicable laws.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: Any indication of intended human or animal use, including but not limited to requests for dosing advice, administration instructions, injection techniques, cycle protocols, or therapeutic guidance, will result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and potential reporting to regulatory authorities.
